Jaipur City Palace is located in the heart of the city just next to Jantar Mantar. It’s one of the best private conserved palace complexes in India. It was built between 1729 and 1732 AD by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh and his dynasty. Since independence, the royal family of Jaipur has been the resident of this place and a large part of the complex is open for a visitor like you and me to explore.
We have visited there when we went to Jantar Mantar as it was just next to it. The City Palace of Jaipur is a perfect blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal architectures.
